| Comment: Graduated from UMKC in 1972, married my wife Kathy in 1973, went to work for Allstate Insurance and was transferred to headquarters in Chicago area in 1988 where we still reside. Two grown children - my daughter is a fabric artist and my son is a cryptocurrency/blockchain savant, currently working for the Winklevoss twins (Gemini). I worked in the telecom area for Allstate and my position was moved to a subsidiary company that was purchased by IBM. I retired from IBM in 2005 after 30 years and spent the next 14 years as a substitute teacher at a middle school and also dabbled in voice-over work. Completely retired as of 2019; my wife and I travel, fish, play pickleball and golf, and spend a lot of time with our 4 grandkids. I love attending our reunions and hope to see everyone at the 55th bash! | |

Bob & I have been married 40 years. We have 2 great kids, David (39) & Lisa (30), both graduates of SMN. Lisa has givin us 2 granddaughters, Makenna (7) & Aubrey (3) and one on the way to be born in June. We have owned a heating & cooling company for 17 years. Our son & daught-in-law works with us. We are Shriners and Bob and David drag race. Update: I lost Bob April 2, 2020. My son David & I own Harrington Bros Inc Heating & Cooling now. My Granddaughters are now: Makenna (19) sophomore at Pitt State, Aubrey, 14 Freshman at DeSoto high School and Kaylin, 6th Grader at Lexington Trails Middle School. My daughter is a teacher at Mize Elementary. David and I are still drag racing. |

I’m looking forward to seeing all of you. Sherry (Harvey, SMN69) and I married shortly after high school and we’ve lived in Lawrence, Overland Park, Minneapolis, and St. Louis, Ozarks, Kansas City-Plaza, and now Lenexa. We have three grown children (Prairie Village, Pasadena and Washington DC), and three grandchildren. I’ve ridden several technology waves, started and sold a few companies, had a blast doing it, and can’t stop. I do need to get something off my chest; I was the one who started the campfire in the SMN theater’s upper dressing room. It was really cold and I meant no harm. |
